I agree. This is a spiritual war and the demons/evil ones feed off our loosh. Negative energies=low vibrational frequencies where evil resides. Keep your spirits up is a phrase that addresses how to combat feeding the demons. Higher vibrational states starve the demons. Love, empathy, forgiveness, compassion are all states of mind that will raise your vibrational frequencies. Jesus taught us how to do this.
