As an anxiety sufferer. Just the thought of having to put a mask on puts my anxiety through the roof. Thank God I was able to find places who didn't yell at me about it. I've never put a mask on once for anybody.

Are you trying to convince someone? Besides masks being totally ineffective, they’re a visual reminder that the situation is dire and can cause depression/anxiety that way by being a constant reminder of fear and disease. You also get heckled/punished for not wearing them some places, which I’m sure induces some anxiety and depression at the state of human affairs. I think it’s a fairly easy link to make.
tbh I hate masks only because they impede freedom and I love choice but in reality there are many instances where my silk organic unbleached mask hugging my skin feels amazing and is actually protecting me from dust, toxins etc if you research air on planes youll find the air is so toxic ive heard smart people recommend wearing 3 masks 1 silk, one cotton the other i forget but he would wet the mask to make it more effective on his flights thats how toxic the air was but he was a bit OCD but the point is the idea that masks are harmful is mostly due to those cheap plastic fiber masks with indigestible fibers and which offgas into your skin all day and have chemicals in them etc. I think its horrible they force people to wear those stupid masks it makes me mad when I see people with them on...
