We were told for decades how we needed fluoride for our teeth. Yet another deception to damage our health and well being. Look at aspartame it is toxic to the body it is in everything. I realized that even things that contain sugar there is aspartame as well. Why would you need another sweetener? I wanted to have stick of gum which I hadn't had in ages then I looked at content and low and behold aspartame. I heard from someone that Cheney owns this product, don't know if that is true or not though. I started to question food content some 46 years ago. When I had to feed a child of my own, That's when I started reading labels. When I couldn't understand what the hell the contents were I wouldn't buy it. Good thing too, years latter Gerber came out with that there were harmful contents in there products. I used all fresh home cooked foods and fresh vegetables for my child, plus the jars of meats made me gag. Good thing. For many many years now I only drink distilled water as well even my pets get distilled. They are poisoning us. The best is we pay for water now. So we pay to kill ourselves. We can't avoid everything but I try at least some. We need our President Trump front and center.
