Definitely looks to be more deadly in the west vs. the east by about ~4.5x.

That's not 4.5 times more/less deadly.

That's 0.06% difference, which is 6/10,000th of a difference.

This is how Pfizer and FDA are lying with statistics.

I do not disagree with your point. This is not deadly. I am just looking at the ratio, 1/10000 is about 4.5 times less than 6/10000. 🍻
