I am suffering badly from insomnia, and it sucks. It started last week and I feel like a zombie. My wife said I should just chill out watch a few movies. I wish it was that simple. I am football (soccer) crazy but my team has been kneeling with the BLM bullshit. I actually canceled sky sports at the start of July and saved a bit of money as well. Anyway, I digress. Are there any frens out there with insomnia? You cannot un-know the shit we know. The whole world has gone crazy. 🙁🤡🤡.

Try taking ten to fifteen mg of melatonin right as you get comfortable, find something mindless to watch and as soon as you start to get tired make sure you turn off your t.v or laptop or whatever you use.
