A full scale invasion is an act of war. The declaration of war is a power that belongs exclusively to congress, according to the constitution. It is time to fix what has been broken in this country for 70 years- presidents being allowed to wage wars without formal declarations of war issued by congress. All of this treason that has been happening in our nation has been allowed to happen largely because war powers laws cannot be triggered without a formal declaration of war having been issued. We need to end that bullshit now; and it should have happened before the Korean war.
The Kamala-Joe administration has no lawful, constitutional right to do a damned thing with our military without congressional (constitutional) authorization. We the people have a voice in how to deal with this through our representatives, according to constitutional law- not Corn-Pop.
