I've already calculated how much I'll be suing for if I am let go due to a "mandate".
I work for a Fed contactor and see the writing in the wall. After 15 years here, I hope to work for this company until I can retire but am realistic that it may not happen.
So... I have 10 years til full retirement so, I calculated 10 years of salary (to include a minimal 3% cost of living increase each year) plus healthcare costs to cover til I'm 65 and padded that by 30% to cover attorneys fees. :-)
I have worked at Los Alamos National Lab for 12 years now, and yesterday they announced that at some undetermined future date. All must be inoculated, whether you work onsite or not, which I do not. So I'm with you, but I will be sending them this letter when they announce the date.

I also may attempt a religious exemption, however I will not bow to medical tyranny.
This form is bunk now. It’s not EUA, anymore right ? Now it’s approved … I’m not being a cunt, curious if this changes your legal argument or the form ?
It is my understanding that the EUA was extended, so not really fully approved.

Nope. The FDA extended the EUA only on those ages 12-15 so the Feds can retain any extra Constitutional powers provided by the "pandemic," while, at the same time, instructing woke corporations to mandate vaccines on their employees.
