Downvote my comment all you want because it hurt your feelings. Truth is I am quite familiar with NOLA and I'm telling you these businesses are already dead during the day. Now I'd love to see these businesses at night when they are normally busy, because I do believe there will be an impact on them, I would just rather see what the real impact is and not an attempted fakery of the situation, because fakery isn't even needed on this issue.

Absolutely correct. We visited New Orleans a number of years ago and that strip was very busy during the night and practically empty during the day.
