Yes a few here and there but look, it's so easy to go get footage of empty bars during the day if you want to, so fucking easy. Louisiana's economy has been collapsing for years already when the governor ran out the oilfield industry that the state was relying on. NOLA has also had the heaviest covid restrictions in the state which drove people away. It hasn't been the same for a long time.
