For sure there must be CIA agents, employees, contractors, day laborers etc.

Taliban is still bad, but I dont blame them for wanting to take it out on the CIA turds who are left. They've abused and used the country for decades. I admit the allure of revenge is strong, and in that weather I'd be irritated with the CIA too.
