personal hygiene items (soap, toothpaste, deodorant, etc) are pretty simple to make with a few basic ingredients. right now the internet is your friend - grab as much info as you can. start a list of those can't live without necessities and start stocking up on those items ...toothbrush, band-aids, etc etc
