the problem with that (well, one of many) is how to prove his administration was behind it. There could be (IS) verifiable fraud, but proving who knew and initiated it is more difficult.

Just going out on a limb... in future elections, one side could 'cheat' FOR the other side, then prove the fraud, and just win that way.

And if the people behind this fraud are imprisoned and/or executed, that is much less likely to happen.
