It also states that "Mandatory vaccination will only use vaccines which have been fully approved and authorized for use by the FDA".

There aren't any Covid "vaccines" which are fully approved and authorized. There may not be for at least a year.

Two odd things about this order:

1. No timeline. No set date by which it must be completed.
2. It specified the use of a vaccine which is approved by the FDA, but there isn't any such thing.
