True, they will likely screen a candidate out if you ask about whether or not they require jabs (that tips them off you're one of the 'unclean dangers to society' in their (likely) twisted minds. But even if they were to reply, "No, we don't require vaccinations"... (A) They may or may not be telling the truth or could be uninformed or it could be "under discussion" without a verdict yet and (B) Their policy could change the very next day. However, nobody should invest countless hours chasing a job and prepping for interviews re: a company that's full of Marxist loons who will impose kill-shot drugs on its employees either. It may be safer to inquire about whether they require masks at the office. If they're still doing that, then you can pretty much assume they'll be on the vax-mandate wagon the second they think they can get away with it.
I would keep it more general and ask what their covid policies are. Let them take it there if they want.
