100%! In a time everyone is crying “can’t hire” they need to know it is their own policies that are keeping them in a lurch finding suitable hires. If you are the best and won’t conform and the next best candidate also won’t conform and they have to hire their 3-4th choice it will start to click. If the reason for not taking to job is strictly the jab bosses/HR will take notice.
