Honestly I don't think you should bring it up until you get offered a job. Then you can ask.
Asking during an interview could be a red flag that are going to be a problem. Either way - that you are asking because you are going to be a mask-wearing Karen making demands, or a wild-eyed revolutionary that will spend all day lecturing your co-workers on the evils of vaccines etc.
If they offer you a job but have a vaxxed-only policy you can stipulate that you probably will get the jab, but only one specifically approved by the FDA. Let them hire you and wait until they insist you take it before you enlighten them.
