Today they notified us that if we aren’t vaxxed by sept 11 we go on a 4 week unpaid leave and if we aren’t vaxxed by then they will consider it a mutual separation, and will give neutral info on new job inquiries… Unless I get approved for an exemption and in that case I have to get tested weekly… I work from home in another state.
I’m going to let it play out and let them fire me then join any lawsuits that come out of it… anybody have any info on any lawyers or groups I can start looking into?
They'll try to get you to sign something stating that it was a "mutual agreement". Don't sign anything. Ask for the company's legal contact information instead. Record everything.
This. DO NOT sign anything. Tell them your attorney needs to review it- even if you haven't hired one yet.
(This is true for any employer/employee situation that is ending. Not just CV.)
This^^^ Honestly these companies are committing suicide. However, fair warning, many (not all) labor attys are libtards. Use judgement.
