Today they notified us that if we aren’t vaxxed by sept 11 we go on a 4 week unpaid leave and if we aren’t vaxxed by then they will consider it a mutual separation, and will give neutral info on new job inquiries… Unless I get approved for an exemption and in that case I have to get tested weekly… I work from home in another state.
I’m going to let it play out and let them fire me then join any lawsuits that come out of it… anybody have any info on any lawyers or groups I can start looking into?
I am! During the interview process they verbally agreed that I would not be required to get it too, there were 3 other people on the call. Also, during a conference meeting with the group the head manager lady says that it’s our career so we better go get vaccinated if we want it to continue… to me it sounded like a threat at there were 20 people on that call.
