Today they notified us that if we aren’t vaxxed by sept 11 we go on a 4 week unpaid leave and if we aren’t vaxxed by then they will consider it a mutual separation, and will give neutral info on new job inquiries… Unless I get approved for an exemption and in that case I have to get tested weekly… I work from home in another state.
I’m going to let it play out and let them fire me then join any lawsuits that come out of it… anybody have any info on any lawyers or groups I can start looking into?
Don’t say anything, don’t agree to anything, and don’t tell them whether you’ve been vaccinated or not. Just a note giving them that information one way or another. Once you give it to them then they can do something, whether it’s legal or not they can do something. Refuse to give them the information whether you are vaccinated or not.
