Today they notified us that if we aren’t vaxxed by sept 11 we go on a 4 week unpaid leave and if we aren’t vaxxed by then they will consider it a mutual separation, and will give neutral info on new job inquiries… Unless I get approved for an exemption and in that case I have to get tested weekly… I work from home in another state.
I’m going to let it play out and let them fire me then join any lawsuits that come out of it… anybody have any info on any lawyers or groups I can start looking into?
I haven't seen anyone mention this yet, but all the tests are EUA, too. In other words, you have the right to accept or refuse the tests -- regardless of the company's policy.
Remind them about OSHA 1970, Section 11(c) that may (iirc) prevent the employer from retaliating against you should you refuse to get "vaccines" or tests to which you have reasonable belief would seriously harm you.
I think someone mentioned this already, but also be sure not to give any kind of consent, written or verbal, to anything regarding "mutual separation".
Unfortunately, other than options already mentioned, I don't have any good info re: lawyers or groups. Hopefully, as the injuries start piling up (although I don't wish vaxx injury on anyone), this madness will stop and the perpetrators of this mass genocidal experiment get Nuremberg'd hard.
