Soldiers are obligated by their oath to obey their orders - unless the order is illegal and/or immoral. A refusal to vax, especially on moral grounds, is not just their right, it is their obligation. If DoD wants to exact retribution, this is NOT a Court Martial offense. It should be handled as an administrative discharge because the soldier is deemed no longer medically qualified for service. We do this for fat boys who don't make weight and do not show progress toward weight standards, we should apply the same rationale to the vax.
