I'm pretty sure I understand the plan now.. release is scheduled to occur long after all those guilty of treason have died of old age.. sorta like the report of JFKs assassination..

Someone's been bought. The delay is rewriting the results. It's going to be a status quo friendly confirmation that the election was just fine and nobody needs to go to jail. Or hang. I am officially out of hopium. Praying I'm wrong.
