So they can claim vaccinated people = less payouts so they justify the bribery cost. Real reason is they are part of the globalists depopulation agenda

Thank you. I can see how that rationale could be viewed as 'reasonable'. And I agree it's part of the depop agenda, I just couldn't understand how it fit in until your explanation.
