For those who didn't see the original Q post, Q told us that FB, once installed, can see and hear you 24/7. Even if your phone is off or you delete the app.
I think it's a lot more than Facebook, too. ANY connection to the internet can be monitored by the government. And it gives them even more if the device has a camera/microphone.
I wonder sometimes if the internet itself is a government plant?

Yeah, I quit facebook last October. It's amazing how freeing it is to not pay attention to social media.
This test is what finally got the wife to delete the apps from her phone (she still uses the FB website though...)
I never put it on my phone or new laptop for that very reason.

Yep - I actually have a strong suspicion that our guys have readied what amounts to an Internet replacement.
