If so does that mean that we already could be connected to the internet or something like that.

i watched a video a couple years ago with a guy that was a friend of the Rothchild's , he claimed this would all happen but it would be called covid 21 and they plan to simply shut people off like a light switch, not sure how that could be done other than frequency and something in us to respond to the frequency
