If you're open to prophecy, I've heard that Russian ships were planned to deliver Chinese soldiers in the upcoming war. Here is one clip, relevant to this thread, of that prophecy. https://youtu.be/GI1LhEM3SdA?t=1561 I enjoyed the whole series, and you can back up about 3 minutes for background. Interestingly, this could also fit with Timothy Dixon's prophecy of the Columbia River flowing backwards. And of course it matches with George Washington's vision of the 3rd challenge to the republic.

The Columbia River "flows backwards" with every high tide, twice a day. I used to live on it at Portland where it rises about a foot.

Well, I think he meant something a more unusual and severe than the tides. If have to go back and check, though. I believe in the same message he also said that Multnomah Falls would flow red, so he's not trying to weasel out on a technicality. On the other hand, he didn't give a date either.
