Speculating that there are Russian Generals of the above mindset, if I were one I'd expect ceilingless-level evil from the Georgia Guidestones types and whatever military, presumed MKUltraed or equivalent, they control. I wouldn't be looking to unleash hell on Earth, but if it was unavoidable, I'd take advantage of the opportunity to attack the enemies of humanity with everything my forces could manage, and if men like this really were doing God's will, then some rainbow flags might burn up in the conflagration.
