If you remember the man in Alberta requested proof of the virus having been isolated, they could not provide and removed much of the restrictions in Alberta.
I am not asking the school board for that information, seems too high level for them. However, I have sent emails to my school board rep, the superintendent and the doctor advising the school system. I have asked them all to provide me and make public their data proving that masks stop viral transmission. My assumption is they don't have this data b/c it doesn't exist. We will see what happens.
At the same time I am reaching out to some constitutional attorneys trying to start a case against mask mandates for children, with the basis of asking for proof that masks stop viral transmission.
A small step, but this is the type of thing General Flynn is instructing us to do. Not sure it will help in this case, but if enough of us do this kind of thing it will make an impact.
If I get anywhere with this I will make a follow up post and link to this one.
Will you be paying the attorney fees? Are they working pro bono? Very interesting. Good luck and God bless you.
I have reached out to 2 attorneys, the first said he had conflicts, the 2nd hasn't responded. I will pay some money to get the attorney to request this information and see where it leads, that is if I can get a good attorney to take the case. If we get a case going I plan on trying to crowd fund it.
Little known fact... it is typically paralegals that draft and write the letters, motions and they are substantially cheaper. Maybe post the job on the anti vax job board that’s stickied?
Edit: the reason you’re probably having a hard time finding an attorney is bc they have to adhere and rely on their reputations. Judges do not like cowboys. If you’ve ever gone to court for a ticket, you’ll noticed certain attorneys are called first. The last ones are typically not from the area or the court doesn’t know them. Gonna be hard to find an attorney willing to risk their reputation. Look what’s happened to Lin Wood. Look for an attorney out of the area, it may help
You're definitely living up to your username. Good luck.
yeah trying, the name actually came from high school because i drove an old acura legend. I added patriot to it. I am not that high on myself. But it pisses leftists off so that is nice.
