Yep, cancer rates lower too, some studies were done into this a while back, they've known about its tangential healing qualities since inception.

Of course, the fact it is anti-parasitical and also can cure some cancer is a puzzle of its own. Or maybe they're connected, I have certainly heard of cat/dog wormer (Fenbendazole) being used on people to the same effect. (some unusual stuff in here, but the stuff on parasites is interesting).

Ivermectin works by unmasking the biochemistry that the parasites use to hide from your immune system, thus allowing your immune system to take care of them. I can only imagine that some (but likely not all) cancers use the same biochemistry to hide from our immune system and can thus proliferate. I’m just guessing, but seems plausible
It's even possible the parasites in the host are localised in an area consuming all sugar meant for the cells. These cells malfunction (or sugar depletion results in localised cells being forced into the fermentation-mode), prolonged fermentation-mode ends in uncontrolled, rapid cell-division. Tumours form which the body attacks. Cure the parasites, heal the body. In theory, that is.....
Because their immune system hasn't been weakened by parasites.
