I'm sorry to hear that fren. These are difficult times, but don't lose hope. Find peace in God and pray for a different job opportunity without mandate, even if it's not in the field you're currently in. We don't break that easily. Make sure you let them fire you unless there is a possibility of an exemption. Take care of yourself and who knows, if you do end up collecting unemployment you might benefit from that time off.
