They might mandate it here, I think.

Pinworms are really hard to see sometimes. The other day a poster said he had a black toilet and saw little white things. Tapeworm segments look like rice, although a bunch of whole tapeworms is a gross disgusting obvious sight. So I would not dismiss the possibility as extremely rare. What an irony if a lot of people get over debilitating infestations because of Big Pharma greed for vaccine money.
