Unless Erik Prince is holding a gun to people's heads and demanding $6.5k, I think it is ok.

If a person in Afghanistan would rather have a flight out than his or her $6.5k, then that person gets a benefit by trading with Mr. Prince.

Would that person be better off if Erik Prince didn't offer anything?
