I couldn't agree more. When I first came on here, I had a lot of genuinely honest questions and balked at the word "illuminati". 9 months later I think I mostly get it. Can I add one more encouragement: Don't hesitate to re-state the obvious and spell simple things out in detail. Even when interacting with a veteran of the board, new people are reading.
