A supplementary tip from this board on vit D and sleep which works: 10 to 15 minutes a day expose as much flesh as possible and try to get direct sunlight to the back of your eyeballs so not looking directly at the sun but sideways, angled at the corner. You can only do a second or so but this is enough to make a difference.
