Well, it’s just that it happens all the time in the civilian world. It isn't really an insult as much as.. “bless your heart, you ignorant fool.” Troops.

But he does get a pass. The loss of these men is a national tragedy. I just can’t even deal right now. Praying is the only thing that helps.
