As mayor of SF and now gov.of CA he didn’t tackle the homeless problem, but now he’s going to do something?

He's "helping" the homeless by cleaning up,(aka tearing down), their encampment while talking about more enforcement to assure the camps don't return ? Yep, sounds about right for him.
