Answer: Biden is deliberately hanging a bunch of our people out to dry. It's the only explanation that is both consistent with his actions this past month and that fully explains this current direction.

Motive? Too many to count. Kickback? Ransom? Destruction of American reputation? Weakening of military resolve and morale? All of the above and more.
