Make sure you proofread also. There are some simple errors in the first couple sentences: "effect" vs "affect," "it its," etc.

You will be taken more seriously if your spelling and grammar are correct.

This. Calm down, write a coherent and rational reply, let husband proofread it. I know from experience that "rants" with spelling errors, bad or nonexistent punctuation, excessive capitalization and so on easily end up on the wall of whatever serves as a break room there.
