But I once saw a part in this documentary about the cabal. All these officials of this government was at this concert and it was dark and the lights were flashing and then suddenly it goes pitch black except for some black lights and you just see scary ass glow in the dark lizard eyes and then it just goes black..
Why would anyone do that?

That was one thought I had too, special effects lighting for the fake ufo invasion
