Former Vice President of Monsanto is the current Deputy Commissioner of the FDA.

Scott Gottlieb, Former FDA Commissioner is now a special partner at Pfizer.

I also saw a bunch more employees swap between the FDA, CDC and Big Pharma companies somewhere recently.
