Lots of you guys are pulling your hair out right now, seeing what's happening in Afghanistan, Australia, with Biden, and in our own nation.
I have to admit, especially where I'm reading these laments, I'm prone to chuckling a bit.
We were told about this. We're "in the know". Most of us understand that Biden is not Biden. Most of us are aware of the battle waging behind the scenes.
And yet it seems there are those that will sort of slip back into the old ways of thinking, complaining about Afghanistan, or something Biden did, and seemingly forgetting that it's all a show.
Just wanted to throw that out there. It's like we're awake, but still grumbling and still in bed, not yet facing the world bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.
'We're "in the know". Most of us understand that Biden is not Biden. Most of us are aware of the battle waging behind the scenes'.
The above is a statement of FAITH. I only have faith in God. I hope the above you said is true, but it could be a psyop designed to keep us inactive. It reminds me of that old joke:
A man falls overboard from a cruise ship. Being a devout Christian, he begins to pray asking God to deliver him. Soon a small fishing boat appears on the scene and attempts to save him. He resists saying that he has faith God will save him. Later, another cruise ship happens on the scene and throws him a life preserver. The man refuses it saying that he has faith God will deliver him from his predicament. Next, the Coast Guard shows up and begins staging a very professional rescue. After shoo-ing them away as he did the others, the man cries out to God, "Lord, I have always trusted you completely! I've tithed regularly and followed your every command to the best of my ability. Why won't you intervene and help me now at my time of greatest need?!" He is met by a frustrated answer from the heavens: "My son, I have sent you a fishing boat, a cruise ship, and the US Coast Guard. What more can I do when you refuse to accept any helping hand I offer?!"
Moral of the story: we HOPE there is someone or something set to deliver us. But our faith should be in God alone. Hope for the best, but plan for the worst. Things will be so much easier and better overall if some great plan falls into place. If it does not, I am ready to die before I submit to Satan's will. Are you?
Let's all pray for an effortless solution, but let us also prepare to accept God's will for our lives whatever it may be. We have great wickedness amongst us, and it may be that the Lord sees fit to judge us as a whole as we know he has before. The Lord knows best. Accept his will whatever it is. Pray for his deliverance. Prepare for hard times if hard times we must endure.
Someone in my church used this cruise ship story on me about the vaccines (to save us) 🤦🏻♀️
PaPatriot170 that seems so odd to me that in church they would push getting the vax as opposed to the great covering promise we have in Psalm 91. I don’t fear the virus because I believe God and Psalm 91. If only the masses believed in the power of Almighty God the way they believe in the power of Covid
