The arrest warrants were only to bring them physically to the house chamber to force them to do their jobs. I believe most of them just caved and came back. Either way, the Texas house got a quorum and passed the law. Now if they were actually sincere and not just grandstanding they would audit their election and enforce the laws already on the books and stop pretending that more laws will fix the corruption.
