For oral use or topically use? Sounds like it would help in both cases, but even with higher oral bio-availability, it would still be metabolized and eliminated much faster. So it would still be better to apply it topically to fat so that it gets released over a longer period of time.
Ivermectin (apple flavored!) wasn't bad - just the dose of the gel according to weight, chased with water, down the hatch! Didn't really taste it at all - just smelled the fake apple smell.
Now DMSO on the other hand....wow. D: I tried using it for a toothache once because it does block pain signals and reduce inflammation. Yeah, never doing THAT again XD

Trying to eat something mixed with DMSO.....no. Ugh. I tried that once. The flavor will scar your taste buds D:
Bleh
You'd probably have to put it into capsules then, but probably won't be any better than just increasing the dosage.

"apple flavored" is a bit of a farce... Tastes like an apple scented candle; bitter wax with a tiny hint of apple.
You mix with dmso and use topically. Crosses into skin.
