I was going to do the injectable....but it needs to be refrigerated right?

The pure liquid doesn't need to be refrigerated, it's stable at room temperature.

Ivermectin should be stored away from sunlight, heat and moisture in a tightly closed container at room temperature, or below 86 degrees F/30 degrees C.

So if you live somewhere where there are extreme temperatures, you may want to refrigerate it.
