TO BE FAIR to the store, there might be people who genuinely need this for their horse and they don't want to just give away their whole stock and leave their traditional customers out in the cold. This is assuming they can't secure more from the distributor because the FDA or whatever government agency might try and now regulate animal medicine despite NO law allowing them to do this!
