HCQ vs Ivermectin

I wonder if I should have both? Ivermectin is all the rage these days....does that mean it is better than HCQ...of anyone recalls. Thanks.

Different mechanisms: HCQ is better as a prophylactic and helps if you take it early when you first show symptoms, Ivermectin helps a lot more in late-stage cases with severe symptoms.
