HCQ vs Ivermectin

I wonder if I should have both? Ivermectin is all the rage these days....does that mean it is better than HCQ...of anyone recalls. Thanks.

HCQ is good early as prophylaxis. (123 days,5.5 half lives)

Ivermectin is Better than HCQ by 40% against Covid But is (about 40 days as a prophylaxis) Ivermectin is ALSO effective at any stage of covid infection.

500mg of Quercetin + 50mg Zinc/day is an over-the-counter Prophylaxis.
