What I am finding out is that all doctors are strictly following protocol which is what is turning them into murderers. The thing is that they should know what they are doing is wrong, which makes them complicit.

The problem is they have no choice. Fauci only approved drugs which do harm. Hospital administrators don't usually have medical degrees, so they implement the guidelines as protocols. Doctors are forced to follow the protocols or they get fired and lose their medical license.
