Is that date the last time the article was updated or the Supreme Court decision? I don’t see anything in the body of the article indicating an update to last year’s ruling.

Weak researchers make weak research and they keep posting without the right context. But you have to go easy on them: It's hard to stay informed and only your life and the fate of America depends on it.
