It doesn't seem to me that someone who's supposed to be completely powerless would say that unless they really have the power to do something about it.

Edit: Before anyone assumes I'm speaking out against Trump since I had a feeling people would misinterpret what I'm saying, I am referring to the fact that people believe he's completely powerless if that was the case then why are the DS and media panicking over the power and influence that he has available in his hands?
